The perfect escape to Edisto Beach! This modern feeling beach house is in a great location for families with children. Rent bikes or a 12 minute walk to the ocean or sound. Several restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. The bay at Edisto Beach is preferred by most families for its calm waters. Rent bikes or walk the bike bath and experience the slow island pace of Edisto, either way!

This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom townhome features high ceilings on both floors, with breath taking views of the lagoons. Two separate private decks, one on the main floor, and one off of one of two master bedrooms, make it the perfect spot to enjoy your cup of coffee in the morning.

Three bedrooms are located on the second level floor, and sleeper sofa is on the main floor. TWO master bedrooms both include a king size bed, full bathroom, and a television. Third bedroom perfect for a kids’ room with a twin over full size bunkbed, and a trundle. The third bedroom does not have private access to a bathroom or closet. There is actually enough bed space for 10, but the seating area would be tight at that number unless several in the party are children.

The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare your own low country boil, while staying in the low country! There are two full baths upstairs and a half bathroom on the main floor. The main level has a pull out sleeper sofa to accommodate two extra sleeping arrangements for your friends or family.

Linens are included in the cleaning fee, please bring your own Beach Towels!

This property has a strict no pet policy. There is a $350 fee for having a pet and your party will be evicted from property. Additional charges for damages from having a pet beyond the $350 may occur.

Must be 25 years old to rent this property.

Amenities pass included to access (3) community pools, tennis court, fitness center, mini golf, playground and Beach Cabana! These areas are accessed by a key FOB, which will be provided. There is a $300 replacement cost for FOBs that are lost or not left in the unit upon check out.
