Welcome to this fantastic home that will have you staying year after year with your loved ones! This two-story condo with a loft overlooks the 17th fairway on Plantation Golf Course on Edisto Beach and enjoys a fantastic location just a short walk to the lagoon or a quick bike or car ride to the oceanside. There are plenty of local shops, eateries, restaurants, and attractions to complete your trip.

You will love sitting on the deck with your morning coffee or evening cocktail as you enjoy all the views as well as the smells and sounds of the coast. Inside, you will find everything you need for a successful vacation, including a fully equipped kitchen for whipping up all your favorite meals and snacks. There's plenty of comfortable seating in the living room to watch a favorite movie on the TV. Gather around the dining table for meals, games, or good conversation, or dine alfresco on the deck. At the end of a long, adventurous day, or just for some privacy to relax or read, sink into comfortable beds and enjoy the TVs and ceiling fans provided in the bedrooms. This dog-friendly retreat offers one bedroom on the main level with a TV and an en suite bathroom and a loft with additional sleeping options.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This vacation rental is located inside of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. Boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RV's, and golf carts are not allowed inside of the resort.
Wyndham amenities are available for purchase for an additional fee from the Wyndham Cafe but there is NO GUARANTEE due to limited passes per day. Wyndham Amenities are shared pools, tennis, gym fitness room, mini golf, playground, and Beach Cabana.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
