Located in the Belfry area, this caravan offers a peaceful setting with easy access to both the beach and on-site entertainment. Guests have access to the fantastic facilities at Haven Seton Sands Holiday Village (passes available to purchase directly from Haven). Offers Free Wi-Fi, free parking, a Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. Bed linen, towels, and toiletries are provided for a comfortable stay.

Local buses serve Seton Sands and Port Seton from the nearby Road End / Seton Sands bus stops, connecting with surrounding towns and cities including Musselburgh and Edinburgh.
Regular routes such as the Lothian Buses 26, X26, or N26 make getting into Edinburgh both convenient and cost-effective without driving.

The nearest train stations are at Prestonpans and Longniddry, each a short bus or taxi ride away.

There’s free parking within the holiday village and other nearby streets, making it easy to come and go by car.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, with check-out by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for £20 per hour, subject to availability (latest departure 12:00 PM).
No Smoking Policy
All ViVi Stays properties are strictly non-smoking indoors to maintain our luxury standard for every guest.
Any evidence of smoking will result in a £500 charge to cover specialist ozone odour neutralisation, ventilation cleaning, and soft furnishing treatment.
Respect the Space – No Parties
Our homes are designed for comfort and relaxation. Parties or gatherings inside the caravan are not permitted.
Any breach will incur a £250 additional cleaning and disruption fee.
Towels & Linen Care
We provide high-quality linen for your comfort. Please do not take towels to the pool or outside areas.
Damaged or stained towels will be charged at £30 per item.
Travel Cot
A travel cot can be provided upon request, subject to availability.
