Alternatively, you can take advantage of this wonderful countryside location to try hiking, cycling, quad biking or clay shooting. The property will accept stag and hen parties, families and companies wanting a break from tradition. The Kirkhill Mansion can host any number from 8 up to 26 guests. The heart of the house, the grand hall, is Kirkhill’s main reception room. An impressive room packed with period features such as high ceilings and a stunning fireplace, the patio doors lead directly out to the garden.

With picturesque views over the Pentland Hills, it is the perfect place for any event. Then again, there are also some great books and games, so it also works as a decadent space to relax and let the day go by. If you are a music enthusiast, you can try your skills on the beautiful piano which is just next to the big lounge. The top floor of the house hosts eight double bedrooms, seven of which are en-suite, and the eighth has a private bathroom close by. The ground floor offers another two bedrooms arranged with taste and big windows for the full enjoyment of our guests.
