Nice Home
The house was really nice and spacious. Decorated well with new furniture. The AC worked great and plenty of lighting. The location was also in a nice area and easy to find and access. Things the next renter should know: 1- Looks like they are still building their kitchen supplies so you may need to bring your own kitchen goods or buy some. 2. Spiders don't typically bother me but they had a lot and they were the size of a quarter. I killed about 2 per day. They need to spray for that. 3. Bring any extra towels or blankets that you may want because they provide very few. 4. The house manager waited until exactly 3:00PM to send me me the access code. I was told I would get it by noon the day of check in but I had to ask for it twice. As a traveler there is nothing worse than the fear that they may forget or cancel. Or that I can't get a hold of them bc they forgot. If I had been told that I wouldn't get it until exactly 3pm I would not have worried as much. But in all my years of travel and renting I've never gotten access at the last minute.The only major issue was when I was washing dishes the pipes under the sink literally fell apart. Looks like they forgot to seal together. After it pooled under the sink I had to mop up a flood of water. The property manager answered but did not follow up until Monday. So we were unable to use the sink for 2.5 of the days there. 6 day stay. I would consider renting it again bc I know they will resolve these concerns.
