« My wife, several adult family members and I stayed at this property in May. We loved the landscaping and water features - it truly felt like an oasis. The interior courtyard was also wonderful - private and not visible from the street, but allows you to sit outside in the sunshine protected from the wind. The backyard landscaping was also excellent, and we spent quite a bit of time relaxing there. The house has a beautiful open floor plan with lots of natural light in some of the common areas....

« Great house for a large group. Kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Pool and hot tub was enjoyed by all. The house does need a few updates in order to be called luxury. But all in all everything was good. »

« I have stayed in plenty of rentals for family gatherings. This was the first one that was actually stocked with enough towels, bedding and toilet paper for us. The air conditioning worked extremely well. Being able to use the garage was so useful! The place was clean and even had kleenix, many don’t. The beds offered met the needs that have singles which is also rare in a rental. Most beds were soft and very comfortable. Perfect place for a gathering! »

« Enjoyed staying in the Turtle House in Albuquerque. Was there almost two weeks. Great location and nicely equipped home. Two problems -- could not figure out the coffee pot and could not figure out how to use the tv system. When I tried to watch golf on CBS, the system wanted to charge a fee. Neither of these two issues was a big deal, just a minor inconvenience. The house, the garage and the neighborhood were not disappointing. »

« Hi Steve, We are checking out early and just left the house. We didn't find any checkout instructions since there is no tablet at the house. But we emptied all of the trash indoors, picked up after our dogs, and put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher (but I forgot to start the cycle). We wanted to make you aware of a few things that we found broken when we checked in so you don't think we did it and can perhaps fix before the next renters arrive. Fireplace - we already let you know about this...

« Stairs to bedrooms are a bit narrow. Otherwise, great house, well stocked. Great location for Albuquerque and Santa Fe areas. »

« This home was just the right size for the two couples that stayed for the weekend. The house is modern, clean, and comfortable with all the conveniences, appliances and appurtenances that we needed. Although it is located conveniently near Hwys 14 and 306, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful with nice views of the mountains. We would stay here again. »

« We went to Albuquerque to surprise our son and the time together was perfect! The home was great for our visit! The layout of the home and bedrooms were great. The outside area would have perfect if it had a little warmer and less windy but still beautiful. Could never get tired of the view! »

We had an issue with the water on our second day but the owners were very responsive and the issue was dealt with expeditiously. The home is near a beautiful park that my family enjoyed walking at and the couch/living room was great for lounging at the end of our day adventures! Thanks again! »
