« Very nice apartment in great shape in East Nashville close to fascinating collection of vintage shops and restaurants. The owner was very accessible. I asked several questions via messaging on the app and Allison always responded promptly with helpful information. Thank you for a great experience. Would stay again! »

« We enjoyed staying at your condo, it was beautiful, clean, comfortable and very quiet. I would definitely recommend your place to others that are heading to Nashville. The condo was close enough to Nashville, that the ride was 10 minutes or less, but far enough to get the peace and quiet. If we go back to Nashville, we would definitely stay there again. »

« I think the description of “ freshly renovated” is misleading. The bathroom needs updating, the toilet seat is old, the bathtub is pealing and the tub floor is very slippery. The paint on the bath walls is pealing. The kitchen/ living area was fine although the Kuerig didnt always work. Location was very good. »

Pool did its job we went both days we were there. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Communication with my host was great. Thank you Tim ! « When we got there, the place highly smelled of pot. There needs to be some paint put on the walls, adding some color. The noise from the interstate and the parties would wake you up in the middle of the night. »

« The property was walking distance to Broadway. The condo is a decent size. It was handy to have 2 bathrooms attached to the 2 bedrooms. There was no table, only a bar with seating for 3. The condo is very clean and updated. The garage parking was a nice feature. We felt safe here as there were codes needed to use the elevator. There is PLENTY of closet space. »
