« We were warm while we slept due to only 2 window ac units in bedrooms and only 1 fan. Would have been nice to have ac turned on to cool house for our arrival. We thought an ac added to living room would cool down all rooms. It unexpected to be asked to take off shoes but left our feet black when we did that. We did enjoy some charming accents, woodwork but would not stay again in summer with only 2 window ac units. »

« Bright, clean, spacious. Very private but just a few minutes from town, with all its colorful murals, the Arts Cafe, and Springville Arts Center, and super friendly, helpful folks at the Hulbert Library. Excellent communication with host. We loved our stay here. »

« I’ve stayed here multiple times when visiting family. Always a pleasant and comfortable stay. The shower felt amazing »

« I do not recommend staying in this house. We rented it for two nights and unfortunately we couldn’t even stay the second night. We used one of the bathrooms, one time and the second bathroom one time and after using the second bathroom, the one time it clothed. Would not unclog and we had to wait until the following day for a plumber. We had to go to the gas station to use the bathroom for the first day we were there. When we were looking for a plunger to try and unclog the toilet, we noticed...

« We had a great stay at the house. We had 7 adults, 2 toddlers and 2dogs in our group. We were in town for a family wedding. The house has 5 bedrooms, each with its own private bath, which made getting ready for the wedding really convenient. There was plenty of parking and a nice yard for the dogs. The host was easy to work with and provided all the sheets and plenty of towels. We were very pleased with our stay! »

« Great location for Dyngus Day! Everything was brand new. Easy to find. More than enough street parking. Host answered all our questions. Beds were comfy. »

« Very clean, basic studio apt. Excellent communication from owner. Good location »

« Easily one of the worst stay experiences we’ve had in our 5 years of using short-term rentals. Inaccurate address included in the listing. Reported mold, ants, door handle/frame damage, and air conditioning concerns with minimal and flippant communication from the host. The apartment itself is in disrepair and in dire need of a deep clean and functional updates. Yes, it served its purpose for housing my family short-term, but required many out-of-pocket expenses to make it livable, even short...
