It overlooks the many beautiful views of Ogden Valley and one of the community year-round hot tubs, it is just an easy walk from the front of the building to the hot tub. Across the parking lot is the free Powder Mountain shuttle stop as well as a UTA Ski Bus stop. The community summertime pool is a short walk 3 buildings away.

Just inside the door, is a family living area with a comfy sofa and French doors that open to a deck with views of the Hot Tub and grand views of the surrounding valley and mountains. A gas fireplace and TV/DVD in the living area provide entertainment and relaxation. The living room is open to the fully equipped kitchen.
