« A bit off the beaten path but served it's purpose. First time booking premier inn on Expedia and had issues with a cancellation that Premier Inn was not wanting to correct. I have used Premier Inn a lot personally and for my business, but due to this frustration with their handling of a the cancellation request, I will be rethinking booking with them in the future. »

« On arrive dans un parc magnifique et on va ala réception et là surprise, on reçoit une clef et un cadenas! Mais voici, nous étions logé chacun dans une magnifique tente médiévale prévu pour 4 personnes, tout l’equipement digne d’une chambre d’hotel avec un petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix et bien copieux! « The Kings Head Inn is a lovely place to stay, the room was lovely with a 4 poster bed. The staff were friendly & offered a professional service. There was a good choice for the breakfast option. « Love the Abbey Field! This was our fourth stay here and we absolutely love it. Rooms are comfortable, clean and have all the basic amenities you would need. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Had a lovely weekend away in Kenilworth ~ thank you! Abbey Field is also in an excellent central location, with a beautiful short walk (through the park) to the station and to all the local shops and pubs. Would definitely recommend, we don't drive so it's a perfect location for us. »

« The room was clean and well-presented. There was no noise from the road and the staff were very friendly and helpful. . We ate in the restaurant and the food arrived hot and promptly. Would eat there again. This was the old Ramada Kenilworth - worth remembering because the sign on the roundabout still refers to it as that and it has its own exit. Excellent dual carriageway links to Coventry. If all the rooms have been renovated to the same standard as ours, the bad reviews should soon be a thing...
