Chloe and Ronnie checked me in and gave me a complimentary upgrade to the Dahlia kingsize room which was glorious …. So beautiful and clean, the bed was also super comfortable. I used the spa and the gym and both were superb. The staff here are AMAZING .. so efficient and polite and helpful. Will definitely be booking again soon. « Good hotel to stay in when on travels around the south of the UK. Near the motorway, but you don't hear that in the bedrooms. Food was good and free use of the swimming pool was appreciated. Note the car park isn't free for guests. »
