"I had reserved 2 rooms in June for my sister, my parents and myself. Unfortunately, my mother became ill and had to go to the hospital unexpectedly and all of our travel plans changed. The Hilton Garden Inn Tacoma was very understanding and supportive and cancelled my reservations without penalty. I was and am very grateful."
