Sharing good vibes in this 3 BR 2 1/2 Bath Cottage

Come, grab your beverage of choice and sit awhile on one of our porches. Take in the scenery out back while grilling your catch of the day. Enjoy an easy walk to marina, waterside village pool and day use docks for some fun in the sun. Whatever brings you to our home, keep good vibes only on your mind. As you enter our home you are greeted with a quaint and cozy open living and dining area. The kitchen is spacious and allows for several guests to make coffee, cook a meal or just hang out. The Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and tub and double vanity. The queen and bunk room share a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom. The outdoor living space won't disappoint with plenty of seating for all of your guests. So come on and stay awhile at Good Vibes Only and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Great location at Reynolds

We like the property. It is our second stay in two years. The layout is great for two couples. The only reason we did not give all 5 stars was the key code was not sent prior to arrival. The management company responded quickly. There was a musty smell when we arrived.The owners do not have access to the Reynold’s golf courses. If you rent with golf in mind you may be disappointed.Lovely property.

Great Waters Cottage

THIS THREE BEDROOM COTTAGE WAS BETTER THAN EXPECTED. All was terrific ( other than one problem with the rocker in the front room). The location is great. There are trees blocking the view of the water but the location is so good that didn't matter. It is a 30second walk to the clubhouse where you get a fantastic view and even drink service if you would like. I tried to rent it again but it was booked. I will try in the future. Thank you!

Great Location - Beautiful Home

We very much enjoyed our stay, but the listing is not 100% accurate. The house is actually a 3 bed 2.5 bath (not 3/3). The pictures showed a view of the golf course, but you really have a view of the Cart Barn. The kitchen has been upgraded from those shown on the listing (quite lovely). Our interaction with the Property Manager was quite frustrating. I left a voice message 4 days before our arrival, to get clarification on the parking rules, and to find out of the coffee maker listed was drip or Keurig. No response. Three days later, I sent an email requesting an additional parking pass, and asked again about the coffee maker. Got a response the morning of our arrival, confirming the parking pass has been sent - but still no answer on my coffee maker question. When I asked a 3rd time - I received a very curt message back with the answer.

Good & Wine Festival

The property was minutes away from the Ritz Carlton and events. The home was cozy, comfortable, and offers some of the best sunrise views from both the main and top level rooms facing the lake. Also, the home is located on an area of the golf course and lake can be viewed from the sizeable covered back porch. Totally a relaxing weekend!

Our stay was amazing! The location was so convenient. Steps away from the clubhouse & amenities (pool, tennis courts, lake), and when we called the clubhouse to see if we could use the driving range, which again was literal steps from our front porch, we were also able to use that! It was perfect! The wedding we were attending was located right behind the clubhouse (IT WAS BEAUTIFUL), and our VRBO location could not have been more perfect for little stops in to refresh our makeup and then for the end of the night! Thank you!!
