This three bedroom two bath Lake Sinclair waterfront home accommodates up to eight guests and is positioned on a point lot with wide water views in multiple directions. The private dock provides direct lake access for swimming, boating, and fishing, and kayaks are available for guest use directly from the shoreline.
Outdoor living includes seating areas overlooking the water along with a lakeside fire pit suited for evening gatherings. The open yard connects easily to the dock, creating convenient movement between the home and the lake throughout the day.
Inside, the layout includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and shared living spaces arranged for comfortable group stays. The kitchen and main living area allow meals and conversation to remain connected while maintaining views toward the water.

We do monitor our house with our outside ring cameras.

Guests are required to sign an off-platform rental agreement, which includes a copy of the county ordinance. You must be able to present the signed agreement and ordinance to any county officer upon request.

You will be asked to leave with no refund if our house rules are not kept.
