Welcome to your private escape on 76 scenic acres. The Grand Riverhouse is a peaceful, riverside retreat designed for guests looking to reconnect with nature, relax in comfort, and enjoy the freedom of wide-open space.

Swim off the dock, relax on the sandy beach, explore wooded trails, or wind down by the fire — all from the comfort of your own slice of riverfront Michigan.

This listing includes the main house only (sleeps 6). If you need more space, the Bunkhouse can be added.

While we respect our guests' privacy, we are always available to assist when needed. Talo Stays provides a dedicated guest communications team that operates 24/7, ready to handle mid-stay turnovers upon request and promptly address any unexpected maintenance issues.

Located in Eaton Rapids, this retreat feels remote but is easily accessible.
• 12 minutes to Eaton Rapids for groceries, shops, restaurants
• 30 minutes to Lansing or Jackson for day trips

Guests have full, private access to the main house and the entire 76-acre property. Self-check-in via keyless entry. Parking available for multiple vehicles, boats, trailers, or ATVs. Guests do not have access to the bunkhouse. Guests will not have access to the pool unless they've added it as an additional amenity for an additional fee prearranged before their arrival.

A vehicle is definitely recommended. The home is located just off Stimson Rd, with easy access to I-96 for trips to Lansing, Grand Rapids, or Detroit. The long private driveway makes parking easy, and there’s plenty of space for multiple vehicles, trailers, or ATVs.

Mosquitoes are common in the summer months, even though the property is professionally treated. We recommend bringing repellent for added comfort while enjoying the outdoors.

Hunting is permitted on the property during legal hunting seasons, in accordance with all local and state regulations.
Valid hunting tags are required
There is no indoor game-cleaning area
All games must be kept outdoors or stored in your vehicle

👥 Day Guest Policy
Maximum of 10 day guests at $45/person.
$40 per guest if over capacity without pre-approval
All guests — day or overnight — must be pre-approved and waivers for everyone MUST be signed.
