« We (my wife and I) had a nice quiet stay. Check-in was easy and the location is just off 98 in Carrabelle so it's super easy to find. There was a firepit in the back with wood already on site and we used it both nights we were there. In previous reviews, I read the water pressure in the shower wasn't very good. To me, the water pressure seemed normal. There was also ground coffee and coffee filters on site, and we used those too. I did notice the coffee cups and other cups we used didn't...

« Our second time staying here. My husband had easy access to put his boat in and fish. My kids enjoyed hunting for crabs, skim boarding and throwing the ball for our dog in the bay. Great location to walk to the grocery store and the shops and restaurants in Port St Joe. My kids love bunk bed set up. Kitchen is very user friendly, we ate in and cooked most nights. Keepers restaurant next door was very good. Booking agents were very friendly and accommodating. Thank you, we will be back again. »

« 1. The website was deceiving. We thought we were renting a house not a room. 2. The stove was dirty, food around the eyes. 3. There were nats flying everywhere. 4. Dirty wash cloth on back of bathroom door. 5. I had to go buy cleaning products to clean before I could stay. 6. I found trash and garbage under the couch. ( I dropped something and had to move the couch to retrieve it) I could not get in touch with host to let them know. That is the bad thing about going through a property manager....
