Situated in a peaceful neighborhood within easy reach of ocean and bayside beaches, you'll be able to leave the car parked and immerse yourself in seaside serenity while discovering the cape by foot or bicycle. For days at home, fire up the gas grill and enjoy a coastal cookout with friends and family, complete with yard games and deck lounging. Dine on the breezy screened porch and gather around the wood-burning firepit on the patio for evening conversation and S'mores.

This three-bedroom cottage comes well-appointed with all the comforts of home. Enjoy casual downtime and family movie nights in the living room, furnished with comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV, and fireplace for cozy get-togethers. The full kitchen comes ready for home-cooking with a full suite of major appliances, plenty of counter space, and utensils. Indoor dining options include a breakfast bar for two and dining area set for six.

Two bedrooms and a shared, full bathroom are located on the first floor. The primary bedroom occupies the second floor and includes an en suite bathroom.

Explore the local beaches and hiking trails or check out some stops along the Cape Cod Rail Trail, a 25-mile paved bike path spanning from South Dennis to Wellfleet. The trail can be picked up across Route 6 on the way to Nauset Light Beach. During your stay, be sure to visit the Wellfleet Drive-In for a classic movie-going experience and you're sure to find some interesting trinkets at the Flea Market.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
