Walking into this spacious home, you’ll want to hop onto the comfortable sofa to watch your favorite flicks on the wall-mounted TV with home theater sound system. Stepping further into the home, a stunning kitchen with a breakfast bar at the center island welcomes you in for a quick bite to eat.



When a long day of exploring the Outer Cape comes to an end, retire to one of four bedrooms in this sleeps 8 home. A stellar primary suite is situated on the first floor, with en suite full bathroom and queen size bed. Upstairs, the remaining bedrooms preside, providing privacy and comfort for a long night's sleep.



Once you’ve recharged, go for an early morning swim in the heated in-ground saltwater pool, surrounded by a gorgeous stone patio that spills over to the hot tub and outdoor dining area. Did you know that Eastham has some of the top-rated beaches in the entire country? Hop over to the National Seashore and visit the ocean, or enjoy the tidal flats of the bay, all mere minutes of your vacation retreat.

Wonderful home with outdoor oasis

We loved this rental home! It was perfect for our multi-generational family! The home was very spacious, clean and airy with an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. All three bedrooms with Queen beds were very large and the three full bathrooms were clean and bright. The backyard with a pool, hot tub and fire pit were a perfect gathering area. We enjoyed this outdoor area daily either after the beach or instead of heading to the beach! The backyard was very open with an outdoor shower that was helpful when we all were showering to head out for dinner. Beautiful home!

The house was great for a family Cape Cod vacation. The heated pool and Jacuzzi were perfect amenities that allowed us to choose/shift between beaches and backyard afternoons. The Del Mar team was excellent and communicative.

Fabulous getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Home was immaculate, beautiful and had everything we needed. The pool was so beautiful, hot tub was great for after run soaks or starlight wind downs. We grilled, loved the well stocked kitchen, had glorious family meals inside and out. Four bedrooms, two which had en suite baths, with a shared bath for the kids room and third queen bedroom was so convenient for our extended family group. And the linens and towels included was a great bonus since many Cape houses don’t provide. There were even beach towels, and pool toys. Around the corner from the bike path, two gorgeous ocean beaches nearby and mini golf and tons of restaurants less than a mile away rounded out the trip. Can’t wait to return!

Spotless and beautifully furnished with all the amenities. Fantastic heated pool & jacuzzi with a large gated yard. Large bedrooms with spacious walk-in closets. Quiet neighborhood and close to National Seashore. Want to return next summer!

Excellent Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed the gorgeous, heated, saltwater pool and beautiful outside patio area with firepit and grill. The interior was spotless (and I consider myself a neat freak and usually have to go around and clean anyplace before we stay there). The bedding was also comfortable and very clean (I'm always afraid to look under the sheets when you strip the bed of a rental, but ALL of their pillows and mattresses looked brand new!). Kitchen was also well equipped and functional for cooking most of our meals. And layout is very family friendly. Just remember to order your beach sticker via mail before you stay because the beach isn't walkable for beach trips with kiddos and you can't buy them in person. All in all, I'd highly recommend!

Great spot

House was clean. Pool was great. Grill and fire pit were easy to use and made it nice to eat/hang out outside. Ocean and sound beaches were great and easily accessible, Orléans and Wellfleet easy to get to. Host (Del Mar) was great, responsive and no hassles. We had a great time ourselves and with a few friends.

Beautiful house and outdoor area

We really enjoyed our stay and we will come again! The pool is magnificent and with the great weather we were outside every day. The interior of the house is lovely- beautifully decorated and great bedroom set-ups. The one down side was there is only 1 tv in the house and it was difficult to access cable for popular channels.

A Great Cape Cod Stay!

Our party of 3 couples all experienced a fantastic stay at this newer property. It is centrally located in Cape Cod area and has all the amenities, including pool, spa and gas fire pit. The property management company was very responsive and very helpful. Our inquiries were relatively minor, but all issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend this property for families or groups looking for a stay that has it all! And in a great location only minutes from the Cape Cod attractions.
