« The property is very nice. It's apparent a lot of upgrades have been made and more to come. Heck, there's even tissues throughout the house which you don't find many places. The only pick I have is that steps leading down to the house were barely cleared of snow/ice and very difficult and dangerous to negotiate with suitcases. I shoveled them myself the next day. »

« Stayed with a group of women for Berkeley springs spa weekend. We had a wonderful weekend, close to town and far enough away to enjoy the evening woods. The house was on a long dirt road, such a peaceful place and beautiful outdoor area with hot tub. Such a great place. »

« We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The king size bed was very comfortable and then the two twins in the second room were great for the kids. The location was excellent for exploring the Davis region. Less than a five minute walk to downtown restaurants, shops, and brewery. Five minute drive to Blackwater Falls State Park. « We had a great time. The house is quiet, but located right by multiple restaurants and attractions in Thomas. It's less than a 15 minute drive to Blackwater Falls and the Dolly Soda are about a half hour away. Great for resting, relaxing, and getting out in nature! »

« The stay was very nice. The school house was clean and well stocked. The community was quiet and close to both nearby national parks which was the reason for our visit. It was a perfect place to retire after a long day of history lessons and great food from the local taverns to a very comfortable bed! We would certainly stay there again. »

« You can really tell the house is cared for. It feels like a home. It had everything you could need. They have a well stocked kitchen and even supply snacks. The beds were very comfortable. The yard is huge with a stream behind it with a Great fire pit. I do recommend this property and will definitely go back »
