« My 2 grandsons & I had a wonderful visit at the Riverkeeper Inn. The Riverfront is beautiful & lots of nature to enjoy. They also liked riding around on the golf cart in the neighborhood checking out the deer & birds. Very peaceful. It was a nice getaway for them being from Texas. »

« We really enjoyed our stay, the four bedrooms gave us lots of space. The hot tub was great and we enjoyed the balcony, too. Very close to lots of fun wineries and Harper’s Ferry. Quiet location on a road with other houses. I’d recommend bringing extra towels and a few wine glasses if you’re drinking nice wine. Lots of thoughtful touches — games, fireplace, spacious kitchen. It was great! »

« In a great location for walking to the historic area of Harper's Ferry, the Appalachian trail, and Jefferson Rock. If you are fond of cemeteries it is close to Harper's cemetery. Hosts' gave great suggestions of places to eat and things to do.Cozy and clean - if you want a lot of space, you'll probably want something else, but this was perfect for just us especially since we were busy out sight seeing! »

« The house is adorable inside and out! Pulling up to the house you just know that you are in for a treat! The decor is absolutely perfect. The home is very comfortable and has all that you need for a exceptional stay...and then some. Walking the streets and admiring the beautiful old homes is so relaxing! This Is Our New " Happy Place!" »

« 12 stars!!! (Inside joke with the host.) The place was clean and spacious and the host was great. I brought my son here for his 29th birthday to hike the rocks. The cottage provided everything we needed including a spectacular view of Seneca Rocks. Centrally located to many areas of interest. I’ll definitely be back. »

« The setting is beautiful. I know from my research about the Thorn Creek restoration project some years ago and wow what a success that was. The cottage was so cleanAnd well stocked with everything you could possibly need or want. Can't wait to come back. »

« Everything went super smoothly. Nancy is an excellent communicator. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the main strip and that walk is through a beautiful neighborhood with friendly folks all around. 10/10 would stay again. »

« My friend and I came up to do some biking on the C&O and western Maryland rail trail, and to also do some hiking! Weather was perfect and the cozy cabin fit all our needs perfectly!. Very cutely decorated…Clean…Beautiful views. The host even invited us for dinner one night if we wanted to join them! Check in was easy and there was even a few snacks and waters provided. All very thoughtful gestures. We were warned that there was a two mile stretch of rougher road leading up to the cabin but...

« Six long time friends stayed at Laurel Cottage from 5/16 to 5/19/25. The house is beautiful, clean and well equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has all you need for your stay! The house is in a quiet neighborhood. It is about a 20 minute walk to downtown, but a quick car ride. There are many hiking trails and a bike path to enjoy. The Rabbit Hole is a good place to eat in downtown Harper’s Ferry with a great beer selection. Bolivar Bakery is a 10 minute walk...
