« I’m disabled and requested an accessible room. The only thing it had was a bar in the bath tub. It did not have a walk-in shower like they advertise. They told me it was near the elevator, yet it was way down the hall…a long walk for me! The toilet was so low I could hardly get on or off and no handrails to help. « Gotta be honest, between the noise from the room above us and the train horns all night, I didn't get a good nights sleep. The black out curtain didn't close all the way so we had a bright light from the front parking lot shining through the window. The final less than desirable thing was there were long black hairs in the bathroom sink and on the floor. I'll look for a different motel next time we are in the area for a gymnatics event. »

« Helpful staff. Nicely updated, and clean room with kitchenette and spacious bathroom. Missing a few minor amenities I'm used to seeing in other hotels, like a clock by the bed and an ice machine on the premises. Granted, there is an ice maker in the room fridge, but you'd have to turn it on and wait hours to get more handful of cubes. « It was easy going from the start of the check in, pleasant hotel staff, clean rooms and good amnesties. The gym had what I need to have a good workout equipped with free weights, workout machine and stationary bike. My kids enjoyed the pool and it is big enough it held over a dozen kids. I keep my breakfast simple and the breakfast in the morning was more than generous for me. « The room was very dusty, stains on the curtains and grime on the walls and caked on nastiness on the light switches. There was not a comforter on the bed, just thin worn out blanket between 2 sheets. When i asked for a comforter or thicker blanket the lady at the front desk said the 2 sheets and blanket equals the thickness of a comforter. She refused to give me another blanket. »
