Enjoy a summer getaway at Hyland Estate, a spacious 4BR, 3BA Pocono retreat with access to Penn Estates’ seasonal pool, lakes, and beaches. After a day outdoors, grill on the deck, relax in the hammock, gather around two firepits under string lights, or enjoy the indoor hot tub and game room with ping pong and billiards. With AC, fast Wi-Fi, and room for up to 12 guests, it’s perfect for family and group stays.

Our guests get free access to all of the private community's amenities.
The home includes 8 amenity badges, allowing up to 8 guests to use the community amenities at the same time. Please plan accordingly if your group is larger.

Sunday–Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday & Saturday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Tennis, Pickleball & Basketball Courts
Open during the summer and remain available into the fall, weather permitting.
Close once winter weather begins.

Picnic Areas
Open during the warmer months; close once winter weather begins.

Winter Amenities
No outdoor amenities are available during the winter season.

Important Community Rules and Regulations:
In order to register you with the community, all guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form that we will send you once you book. Within this form, you must provide: your full name, contact information, form of ID, and the names and ages of all guests at least 3 business days before check-in.

The maximum number of guests is 12 INCLUDING infants, toddlers, and visitors.

Any changes to your reservation must be submitted at least 24 hours before check-in, and a $15 change fee will apply.
Vehicle Registration: Renters are required to provide their vehicle's plate number and a valid driver's license upon entry into the community.

Indoor Areas:
This 3,000 sq. ft. Pocono retreat is designed for comfortable summer gatherings with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, multiple living areas, AC, a fun-filled game room, and a heated spa room with an indoor hot tub. After a day at the community pool, lakes, beaches, or nearby hiking trails, relax in one of the living rooms, enjoy game nights downstairs, or unwind in the spa room with peaceful nature views.

Spa Room:
Relax in the spacious spa room with a 4-6 person hot tub, retro refrigerator, and body dryer, while enjoying nature views.

Outdoor Areas:
Step outside and enjoy peaceful wooded views from the spacious deck. Fire up the propane grill for summer meals, dine outdoors, relax in the hammock, or gather around one of two firepits under solar string lights in the evening. Outdoor fun includes a custom ping pong table, basketball hoop, and plenty of space to enjoy the fresh Pocono air. Please note that outdoor amenities such as ping pong, hammock, dining setup, and basketball are weather permitting.

Parking:
There is parking available for a maximum of 4 vehicles.
The garage is not available.

Policies:
No Fireworks
No smoking inside of the home
No events, parties, or large gatherings
Must be 26 to book
No groups of young adults under 26 yrs. old.

Pets:
There is a $150 flat fee for dogs, a maximum of 2 dogs. No other pets are allowed. Must provide age and breeds as you book, must be fully house-trained, and we do not allow puppies. It must not be left unattended inside. All outdoor droppings picked up. All dogs must be registered with the community, please send breed, age, name, color, and gender upon booking. Copies of vaccinations (rabies and distemper) must be provided for each animal or they will not be permitted.
