▶ To comply with strict HOA regulations, all guests must provide the required information, including a completed rental agreement with the names and ages of all guests, information about all vehicles, at least three (3) days prior to check-in.
• A non-refundable $75 rush registration fee will apply to reservations finalized less than three days before check-in.
By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
▶ Guests must not exceed a speed limit of 60 mph when driving in or around the property. Violations of this rule will result in a $90 fine, which will be charged to the guest.
▶ To avoid insects and mold, please keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee up to $500. For your comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72-83°F.
▶ This house is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).
▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.
▶ Pets are not allowed.
▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.
▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.
▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the house is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.
▶ TRASH: Trash and recycling pick-up is Monday morning. Bins should be put at the end of the driveway Sunday afternoon/evening and must be brought back to the house by Monday night. The community will issue a fine if trash cans are still roadside Tuesday morning.
▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.
