This home has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. The one bedroom downstairs has a full sized bunk bed, located right off of the hallway adjacent to the dining room. Upstairs, you will find the master bedroom, which has 2 queen beds, gorgeous woodland views out of the sliding glass door, and an attached ensuite bathroom. Right down the hallway, there is one final bedroom with one queen bed. All three bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs and very comfortable mattresses!

Downstairs, right off of the bedroom, you will find a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Upstairs, there is a full bathroom attached to the master bedroom with a walk-in shower, stand-alone tub, and a gorgeous skylight. In between the two bedrooms upstairs, there is one final half bath with a sink and toilet only. All bathrooms have a fresh, modern design!

The kitchen has been completely revamped to fit the modern style of this home. It taken on a complete white-out aesthetic, with all brand new appliances. There are two bar stool seats at the kitchen island, as well as an oversized dining table with seating up to 8.

The wide-open living room is one of the centerpieces of the house. With high, vaulted ceilings and a sleek, modern design, you can sit here comfortably with your party of 8 while you have movie nights underneath the skylights. Just a few steps off of the living room, you will find the lounge, which is equipped with an air hockey table, two swings hanging from the ceiling, and gorgeous views of the surrounding forest. A truly special experience!

Our home is situated within a gated community, it's a requirement for guests to fill out the Guest Registration Form. This helps ensure that the community remains secure, as the HOA needs to monitor who enters. It's a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests.
