• Community registration required at check-in (details provided after booking).
• Late registration fee: Additonal $35 for registrations made less than 72 hours before check in
• Community amenities are seasonal: pool access is summer-only. Host will provide amenity passes that are active MDW-LDW. If any of these passes are lost, there will be a $200 fee for replacement, per the community
• The fees listed above are from Penn Estates community, not us, and they help keep Penn Estates beautiful year round.
• Pets: allowed with fee; undisclosed pets may incur a $500 fine per pet. Please clean up after your pets
• Parking: up to 7 vehicles on-site. Steep driveway—use extra caution in winter snow/ice
• No smoking (inside or outside): $300 fine.
• Noise/occupancy limits are enforced and can lead to significant fines.
• This home has a very steep driveway. Please be careful when parking. It may be best to park parallel to the garage if possible
• PA fishing license required
• Guests using kayaks MUST use life vests!!

No fireworks!!
HOUSE RULES:

•In adherence to the city`s noise ordinance, we kindly request our guests to refrain from making loud noises after 10 pm. No loud noise or music past 10pm.

•Please be respectful of the neighbors. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.

•Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater.

•Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.

•No shoes inside the property.

•No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $ fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls.

•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $ will be imposed if evidence is detected.

•Checkin time is 4 PM

•Checkout time is 10 AM.

•No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)

•No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.

•No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture

•No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.

•No Pre-Checking Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)

•Guests must follow burn bans and community rules
