« Acceuil normal sans plus, mais ils peuvent faire mieux. Porte de la chambre qui frotte et qui bloque, idem pour la porte de la salle de bain. Réveillé par un pickup à 5h de matin, qui faisait chauffé son moteur sous ma fenêtre. Frigo qui fait un bruit incroyable. J'ai reporté tout ça à l'accueil, qui m'a juste dit "désolé". Aucune intervention de sa part. Je ne vous conseille pas cet hotel. »

« This property looked very nice from the outside. However, are room was not clean. The floor had carpet that needed to be vacuumed, the bathroom looked worn, and the king sized bed only had three (very small) pillows. We contacted the front desk and requested another pillow and was denied. We requested extra towels which also was denied. « We checked in early and didn't go to our room until after we spent time with family When we went back to the room, there was someone sleeping in there. Went back to have a new room assigned.This was a nice property. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Monday's breakfast was ok but Tuesday there was really nothing to eat. »

« Room was very dirty. Hair every where. Bottom of tub cracked and peeling. Hair in towels and all over the room. Stained comforter and sheets »

« My technicians belongings were removed from his room and placed in an area where general public had access to. And eventually stole his stuff. We asked the manager for an explanation on why his staff would not have secured his belongings and he had no answers for us, no recourse offered. He filed a police report and was then asked to leave the property. I will never stay there again or recommend otherwise. »

« The pool is not open that was a lie then we get to our room there’s a bonnet and sex toy in the bed “how was the room cleaned prior to our stay”? It’s states breakfast well they have nun front desk stated there hasn’t been none since they took over lastly there are no pots to cook at all in the unit no dish soap and then the luggage carrier broke into pieces old and rusty! I was very unsatisfied with my stay ! Hopefully as it get renovated you guys do better ! You can’t even get a cup of coffee...

« I first arrived a checked in, it went by smooth my room was a bit stuffy so I changed the temperature on the thermostat. An hour went by it was still hot. I got moved to another room the air was fine but where the room was located in the building was not ok at all. »

« Le prix de l'hôtel était excellent. La propreté n'était pas au rendez-vous. Les murs du bain était sale. La réceptionniste parlait au téléphone en me servant. Il y avait une odeur d'urine au sous-sol. L'hôtel est assez loin du centre-ville 25 min en voiture sur l'autoroute. Bref, un séjour de deux jours pas cher. »

« Room was ok. Floors with no carpet and too slick. The room felt damp. Room was clean. No amenities like hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner. Only a bar of soap and 2 towels. Full kitchen but nothing in it. You have to bring your own kitchen supplies or buy theirs. Hallway carpet very old and dirty. Hall way smelled. I probably wouldn’t stay here again. There was a yelling match in the room next door to us the first night and next morning but very quiet the next two nights. »

« To start, the front desk guy was very unenthusiastic about his job. One word answers to questions. Biggest issue was the state of our room. Lots of stains on sheets and bed covers. The bottom of the bathroom door was falling apart, painted shower drain coming off and mold on caulking and ceiling in the bathroom. Pretty gross stuff. Needs a full makeover. No excuse for the sheets. Get rid of them when they are stained. »

« The staff was just as disgusting as the hotel itself. No customer service at all!! I stayed there all of 1 hour while I looked for another hotel. Absolutely disgusting »
