The third bedroom is ideal for families or kids and features two full beds and one twin bed.

Every bed includes newer mattresses with allergen-proof mattress pads and encasements to help ensure a comfortable night's sleep.

The home features a newly remodeled full bathroom on the first floor, a convenient half bath upstairs, and a heated outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Living Spaces

The spacious family room is the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring Cape Cod, featuring a 75-inch Smart Roku TV and comfortable seating for everyone.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a Keurig Duo coffee maker, air fryer, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The dining table seats eight guests, with additional seating at the kitchen island so everyone can gather together.

After a day at the beach, relax with a movie, gather around the dining table for family game night, or challenge family and friends to a game of ping pong.

Outdoor Living

Spend your mornings with coffee on the front deck and your evenings relaxing on the backyard patio while enjoying the coastal breeze.
