« The apartment was a wonderful base for our trip to Bridlington. Beautifully clean with lovely extras like milk, cereal, bread and jam, and all the kitchen and bathroom essentials were provided. A great effort has been made to make the apartment feel like home and it was really appreciated. Great location just a short walk to the front with many amenities nearby. »

« The Lodge was nice and clean and tidy and spacious, we loved the hot tub! In General a nice place, could do with a few maintenance updates, one of the single Divans have seen better days, the Shower in the Ensuite doesn't get very warm. All in all, its a very cosy lodge with some great added features a little bit of maintenace fixing this would then be an amazing break »

Beds not as large as we are used to, and pillows not too comfy, so no really good night's sleep. If the owner could ever put a glass front to the balcony, so you could sit and see the view, that would put the flat into another tier of excellence. « This was a lovely place to stay. The place was reasonably well equipped, and very clean, and the owner's communications were first rate. The location is great, with a lovely view of the sea and wonderful sights of the sunrise. We were there for new year week, and I did wonder whether in the summer it would be a bit noisy with the promenade fun fair just at the end of the road, but that wasn't a problem this time of year. " On the first night, we had a fire alarm at 3 a.m. It took the night auditor 30 minutes to turn it off. No complimentary gesture or apology was offered. The hotel is outdated for a 4-star property. The bathroom silicone is moldy, the carpet is stained and needs a deep clean, and the room was very dusty. The reception staff were not helpful, the phone was not working in a room so hard to get the reception.. and when the shower temperature kept going from very hot to very cold. Coffee and tea were not refilled, which is disappointing for a 4-star hotel where better service and cleanliness are expected."
