« I spent a wonderful month in this flat. Not only did it correspond exactly to the information given on the website, but it was much nicer and more spacious than the photos suggested. The neighbourhood is pleasant, very close to the city centre, and the building is quiet. The owner is an extremely pleasant and helpful person. I would recommend it 100%. »

« This holiday home is the most perfect myself and partner have booked. The decor is absolutely amazing and a lot of thought had been put into it by the owners. It is impossible to pick any faults. The home was clean and high standard and quality of equipment and furnishings. Studying the ‘quirky’ decor was an enjoyable time spent. Simon and Lynne were so friendly without being intrusive. The advert does not do this place justice, it was above and beyond our expectations and we shall be back »

« Property was lovely, communication excellent. It would just take a couple of things for a 5 star ie two big towels as two people staying, additional toilet roll, kitchen to have more utensils. The listing really should mention the tv is almost impossible as the wifi signal is bad and maybe have some games or puzzles available as we were not aware the tv would just buffer constantly.. Also instructions on central heating, oven etc as they were new to us and took a bit of figuring. It was just...

In General a nice place, could do with a few maintenance updates, one of the single Divans have seen better days, the Shower in the Ensuite doesn't get very warm. « Although this flat is very clean and works well for a short stay, it was so basic and lacking in amenities that we didn’t have as easy a time as we should have. The TV and WiFi did not work, the soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty and no bar soap, there was a glass and a cup that were cracked and leaked, there were only two towels in the bathroom with no hand towels or wash cloths, and there were no instructions on how to use the radiator to help us regulate the temperature in the flat. ...

« Great instructions and the property was as described. Host explained that the previous guests had broken the bathroom window. The window was jammed open so it was freezing and totalli insecure. The door lock had been damaged so we could only use a small slide lock to secure it at night. Not at all safe. Despite this we enjoyed our stay as it was ckean and comfortable. »

« This was a lovely place to stay. The place was reasonably well equipped, and very clean, and the owner's communications were first rate. The location is great, with a lovely view of the sea and wonderful sights of the sunrise. We were there for new year week, and I did wonder whether in the summer it would be a bit noisy with the promenade fun fair just at the end of the road, but that wasn't a problem this time of year. " On the first night, we had a fire alarm at 3 a.m. It took the night auditor 30 minutes to turn it off. No complimentary gesture or apology was offered. The hotel is outdated for a 4-star property. The bathroom silicone is moldy, the carpet is stained and needs a deep clean, and the room was very dusty. The reception staff were not helpful, the phone was not working in a room so hard to get the reception.. and when the shower temperature kept going from very hot to very cold. Coffee and tea were not refilled, which is disappointing for a 4-star hotel where better service and cleanliness are expected."
