« The location was very good; close to major highways. Neighborhood was quiet residential area. Lots of convenience stores & restaurants on main thoroughfares close by.Description of VRBO did NOT include that of being on the 2nd floor!! With the help of VRBO host’s mom, we were able to get my heavy suitcase up the stairs, I never met the VRBO host. Also communication from host re: access to apartment was on the day of my air travel. It would have been more helpful the day b4. »

« The State Room was a nice place to stay. The neighborhood is residential, with a nearby renovated mill that contains a local brewery about 2 blocks away. The neighborhood begs to be explored for the local businesses and historical buildings. Parking is on the street. The neighborhood is to fairly quiet except for a small local tavern that closes at 1:00 am. But the neighborhood is quiet in less than hour. I would definitely stay again. »
