« I was hoping to love this place, but the ower has terrible customer service and communication skills. She was rude, passive-aggressive, easily triggered by having to provide basic clarification about where the property was located, inflexible and chastising. She asked for clarifications, but then ignored my responses... or she doesn't have capability to be able to comprehend them. When a guest is inconvenienced because they got the wrong address, the host should at least empathize or hopefully...

« As others wrote about the appartement: the stench in hall is bad, although its ok once you are inside the appartement. The light on the first floor doesn't work, so its almost completely dark in the evening, the steps are narrow and steep and hard to handle luggage in, and the neighbourhood is not the best (my taxidrivers rate it from medium to bad). The aircondition doesn't work properly. So If you don't run it on full day and night you can't get the temperature down. You have to wait a...

« Great loft! Very clean and easily walkable to campus. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of space to relax. Off street parking was a big bonus. Owner responded quickly any time we reached out. Would definitely recommend! »

« The apartment was charming and conveniently located. We were able to park on the street most days, but made use of the provided parking pass (once) for the area across the street. We were able to walk to the Brown bookstore and restaurants within a few minutes and the neighborhood was beautiful with stunning East Coast architecture.
