« The house was the perfect size and located close to St. Augustine. It looks like it is new and felt like it. Two items: The couch is not really a couch it's more like a daybed, not very comfortable for relaxing/watching TV. Also, it was the coldest night of the year and the heat did not go higher than 67 degrees. It was very cold. Owner came by the second and couldn't get it fixed. He stated he would have it fixed. « I can’t say enough good things about this home. It was the perfect place to sleep after attending a concert at the amphitheater. « We really enjoyed our stay. This was our first time at the property but definitely not the last. Everything was excellent from the short walk to the beach to the attached garage which allowed a place for the kids to play. The entire back yard is fenced in so there is plenty of room for the kids to roam and play as well. If I had to find a negative point it would be the temperature of the home itself. « First impressions of the house were great. The primary bedroom was on the opposite side of the house away from the secondary rooms, so every could have their own spaces to relax.The house was clean and located in a quite part of the neighborhood. We were within a 5 minute walk to the beach or the local restaurants (Aunt Kates and Reefs). It was so easy to take in a sunrise at the beach or sunset from the docks at Aunt Kates restaurant.We would definently stay here again. »

« Communication was very easy and incredibly fast. Property is updated and very clean. Walk to beach is convenient and close by. House provided everything we needed - we made a couple meals from scratch and had all the kitchen accessories needed- including sharp knives! We brought our three teens and some of their freinds- property gave lots of room for us to all spread out. Definitely recommend! »

It was a very short drive to the historic district and could be walkable as well.
