The first floor master suite includes a luxurious bathroom. Two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and laundry room complete the first floor sleeping space while the second floor includes three more bedrooms, two full baths, a reading nook, and a balcony overlooking the backyard and river. A resurrected dance hall from downtown Cambridge serves as the guest house on this property, complete with the original names for each room. In addition to the three bedrooms and full kitchen, this is where you can play a game of shuffleboard, billiards or poker. Two more TVs are accessible as well as another washer & dryer.

The garage has been converted into a game room, entertainment space that includes a ping pong table, foosball, darts and plenty of tables and chairs.
