Check in and out are very easy. The kitchen doesn’t even have salt and pepper, so you do need to bring all ingredients if you are cooking. The location of the bathroom is odd it is down a hallway behind a door with an alarm. It feels like you are going into the private space of the other side of the duplex, but the host assured us it was exclusively ours. We were told at check in that we couldn’t use the deck because it might not be safe. Still for the price, we were satisfied.

John Deere Classic get-away

Nice quiet location for our weekend trip to watch the John Deere Classic. Place was clean and comfortable. Great instructions from our hosts. Even the neighbors we met were friendly!

The property was very nice and accurate to the photos. We were able to be close to our family and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the property had everything to make the stay convenient. The best part was the deck, overlooking a forest of trees. I would recommend it.

Very Peaceful Area

Overall, exactly as imaged. No issues with the property and plenty of appliances / everyday items so not many purchases needed at the store. Close to plenty of good restaurants and brewery's. Also not a bad drive for nature spots. Will be coming back down the road!

Lovely quiet rental

The property was meticulously clean! Large lovely decorated open floor-plan, plenty of space. Rental was located in a cul-de-sac. Street parking was not a problem, plenty of space as the road accounts for parking on both sides of the street. Close to grocery and other stores. 10 minutes to TPC Deer Run as we were in town for a golf tournament. Properly manager was very friendly and great to work with. Highly recommend!

Our Visit to Quad Cities

My Mom and I, were visiting family in Quad Cities. We really just slept, showered and were out the door, most of the time. The location was perfect and we felt safe there.

Great stay

Other than the neighbors dog pooping in the front yard with frightening consistency, it's a great stay. I've stayed here before and don't have a lot of bad things to say about it. I travel for work regularly and it's one of my more consistent choices.

Great stay

It was a very nice stay but the bathroom was not a part of the property and that was not clearly stated. There were also ants coming through the flooring. Other than that, it was a good stay and met our needs.

Great property in a safe and quiet neighborhood

This property was a perfect fit for my spouse and I and our dog during a transition for 13 days between the sale of our house and moving into our new home. The neighborhood is located, conveniently to grocery stores and restaurants, and everyone seemed friendly and we felt very safe at the location. The owner gave instructions accurate instructions regarding the check-in process, which is very simple. She responded promptly to the one question I had about the day the trash comes.. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Quad Cities

Good Distance for Sightseeing

We chose this condo for its convenient distance to Vibrant Arena and it is dog friendly. Google Maps took us right to the condo's location, and check-in instructions were very easy to follow. Most reviews said the cul-de-sac was quiet and felt safe, and we were pleased to find that was true. Street parking was fine but the city needs to do some concrete repair. The condo was clean with lovely high ceilings and a pretty color palette. The bed was comfortable. The nightstand had been moved next to the window for easy access to both sides of the bed, an improvement from the online photo. A couple of reviews mentioned the ramp to the bathroom was a bit slick; this is true so keep one hand on the wall. Nonskid treads might help. The kitchen, living and dining room decor looked like the photos. The big difference was all carpeting had been replaced with the same flooring as the kitchen for a more cohesive look. However, there was about a 25-sq-ft area between the kitchen and the living room where the planks dipped and some of the edges had pushed up. Hopefully this will be repaired in the very near future. In the meantime, mind your step. We did see 2 fawns and a mama deer in the wooded hillside off the deck.

Nice!

We enjoyed our stay here. Very quiet area, and the bed was very soft! The deck area outside was nice and relaxing. We saw three deer and a fox! The house is well equipped, and clean. Would stay again!

Escaping the heat

Very spacious, air conditioning works great. Conveniently located, very quiet and secure-family neighborhood. Strong WiFi connection. Outside deck overlooks a wooded hillside.

Misery in Moline

It did not meet minimum sufficient standards or basic expectations of cleanliness, infrastructure and kitchen essentials! The accessibility to the only bathroom is a potential hazard to Senior citizens. The communication with the host proved to be problematic! We were booked for two nights, but left after the first!because of the conditions.

Fantastic

Comfortable and Quiet

Quiet neighborhood and easy access to major streets. The apartment was true to the photos, very comfortable for two. Nice deck in the back to watch wildlife. Would stay here again.
