The fully equipped kitchen offers quartz countertops, black cabinets, black appliances and a large beautiful island that offers extra seating.

We provide an inviting layout designed with family vacations in mind, this home is the perfect choice for a Florida with friends and family.

Open up the barn doors and you will find the first bedroom which offers 2 Twin beds. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed. There is a hallway bathroom with a shower that's shared by these two bedrooms.

The Primary bedroom offers a King bed, flat screen TV, extra seating area and a desk for remote working. The primary has an en-suite bathroom that has his and hers sink and a walk-in shower with a rain shower head and beautiful finishes.

Maximum occupancy is 8 guests total.

Bonus room!! A game room that has a shuffleboard, dining/game table, flat screen tv and extra seating areas with couch and accent chairs. Game room has floor-to-ceiling windows offering water views, perfect for everything from afternoon lounging to family game nights.

Outside, an area filled with amenities and a hot tub offers an idyllic spot to unwind after an adventure-filled day.

The property offers a large deck that wraps around the back of the property. The deck offers plenty of space to spread out while soaking up the sun and sea breezes.

The back of the property we have an outdoor seating set, hot tub, a fire pit, a hammock and a grill.

Use the two provided kayaks to explore the lake, then unwind in the private hot tub at home.

Easy access to the dock where you can launch the kayaks off.

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.
