« When I booked this hotel it was an AmericInn, however when I arrived it was changed to a Quality Inn with no prior indication. I did receive calls from Windham but they never left a message to identify the change prior to my check in. The building did not have any address on it to help identify it as the hotel we needed to be at. Otherwise, it was a very clean hotel. The staff did their best with what appeared to be a new system. The breakfast was very nice and had several options. I would go...

« The rooms are very spacious and offer a kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge and sink. The ski area is fantastic! The only negative is the outdated pool. The inside part, since it continues to the outside, is very worn down and claustrophobic! »

« I stayed at Hotel Earl Charlevoix in May 2026. This hotel is in a perfect location to walk around the city, and the staff are very nice. At check in, I received a complementary upgrade to a room with balcony. Room was very spacious and very clean. But, here are the problems during my stay:
Water pressure was very low in room on third floor making it difficult to shower.
AC noise was very loud, and I had to turn it off.
Noise from adjacent rooms and hallway was really bad which woke me up several...
