Please note that our properties are privately owned homes, and therefore sometimes appliances or household systems (HVAC, Plumbing, etc.) may unexpectedly malfunction. While we will do everything in our power to address any functionality issues as quickly as possible, we cannot offer refunds- full or partial, cancellations, or alternate accommodations unless the property is deemed uninhabitable. We live in residential neighborhoods, and it's SUPER important to us that you're respectful of our neighbors. Therefore, we ask guests to please observe outdoor quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.

For those unfamiliar with booking, please note our process of serving our guests:
-You book instantly or request to stay, and we say YES!!! :)
-We'll immediately send you some basic information, as well as a rental agreement we require each guest to sign. You do NOT need to include payment info for a security deposit, but you do need to sign in agreement to the terms.
-1 hour prior to your arrival, you'll be texted and emailed directly or through your booking platform (hey, we wanted to be thorough!) with a code to access your rental unit.
-You arrive and love everything!
-You enjoy your vacation, reference your virtual guest book for checkout instructions (don't worry-- we'll send them to you, too!) and leave the house as close to how you found it as possible (please let us know of any issues, damage, etc-- we'll see it anyway, and it makes our lives easier to know ahead of time!).

Interaction with Guests:
We pride ourselves on responding as quickly as possible to our guests. We also have the capability of providing add-on optional concierge services by request, and can facilitate anything from a stocked refrigerator to arranging for onsite entertainment, dinner reservations, etc. We look forward to hosting you!

If your looking for a nice peaceful place to stay in Cape Cod this is your spot. First this house is ABSOLUTLEY incredible. Located on the water with inlet for boats. The home is fully stocked with all your needs. It's location is perfect for getting to where you need to go. Beaches are very close by and town is as well for all shopping needs. Restaurant's are all around you with a variety of choices. The home is IMMACULATE!!!!! the first floor has big living room area with kitchen that is amazing. Sliding glass doors give you access to the peaceful backyard which has plenty of seating plus big table and chairs for outdoor dining as well as solo stove type fire pit. The second floor has big windows that allow you to continue to enjoy your views. There is a deck over the garage here as well. Two bedrooms found here with AMAZING private bathrooms for each room. Third floor has two more bedrooms with private bath as well. The owners of the property are the nicest people you will meet. So very easy to communicate with and extremely responsive to any questions you might have. They suggested a beach called Craigsville beach which was perfect. Nice sandy beach with showers and changing areas as well as food. Parking lot is very big and water is clean and sandy bottom We had been vacationing in the area for a few years but needed a bigger house as our family grew and so happy we found this. I can go on and on but you need to experience this for yourself and I hope you do.

Amazing property

Really awesome spot. Great views, on the lake very clean property. Easy to access. Close to awesome door dash options in downtown. Martha’s brewery across the street for food and beer. Easy drive to the ferry. Perfect for big groups.

Great Home

We had a family emergency and needed a home that accommodated our large family. This home was perfect for us; clean, great location and plenty of space for everyone. The property management team was fantastic in accommodating our needs on short notice and was quick to respond to our questions.
