The living room and kitchen area has a split-unit air conditioner, and each bedroom has its own portable AC, so guests can stay comfortable throughout the home. You’ll also have a kitchen, washer and dryer, outdoor space, and beach essentials, including 4 beach chairs and beach accessories available for guest use.

Spend the day at the beach, grab dinner nearby, or come back to a quiet cottage after a full day out. This is a new listing, but you are booking with experienced hosts who care about clean spaces, clear communication, and a smooth guest experience.


**Guest Screening & Security Deposit:** To protect the home and reduce the risk of unauthorized parties or damage, ID verification is required for all bookings.

Guests with fewer than five 5-star host reviews may also be required to sign a short-term vacation occupancy agreement and provide a refundable $750 security deposit through our secure property management platform.

The deposit is held until two days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or rule violations are reported.

If your guest profile shows five or more 5-star host reviews, we may manually waive the deposit requirement after review.
