« Due to a major winter storm that hit this area, we were not able to make this trip. I reached out to the property owner at the beginning of the week to see if they would work with us to reschedule for another weekend, as my husband and I were excited to stay at this property. I was told that they were booked up, which in reviewing their calendar.....that was not the fact. I never once asked for my money back, just to reschedule.
