Hôtels près du Earle Brown Heritage Center à Minneapolis - St. Paul

« Not to complain. »

« The breakfast was good, but there is room for improvement in other areas. The hotel staff could be more welcoming and friendly. Additionally, because the property is older, keeping the overall environment cleaner would significantly improve the guest experience. »

« It's just okay. Not special. »

« It was a very clean place »

« Helpful staff and a clean, well maintained room. »

« Excellent place to stay. Breakfast was the best. Very very very nice. »

« I felt sorry for the lady checking people in, she was the only one, There were at least 5 people in front of me, girls soccer parents checking in, so very busy. The lady was very frustrated, said she got to work and there was a whole new check in process on the computer that she didn’t know was going to happen. She had to figure it out on her own so took extra time. If they are having to deal with a new system there should be someone to train them or at least have more than 1 person checking...

« Nice buffet »

« The carpets were dirty and there a bad smell in the room… probably humidity… »
