Perfect location! Tucked in the trees in the town of Eagle River on a beautiful 1.25 acre lot that borders state land yet only 3 min. to downstown eagle river! Rest and recharge after a day of adventuring. Only 15 min. to Anc. and 20 to Palmer/Wasilla.

Relax with family and friends. Plenty of room to spread out in a beautifuly decorated open floor plan, 3,000 sq.ft home. Peaceful and serene. Something for everyone! Perfect location for viewing the aurora borealis and Denli (when weather permits and clouds are limited) Plenty of indoor and out door activities which include volleyball/badminton, corn-hole, fire pit area, bbq grill and large swing set. Walking distance to an elementary school playground. The property has been treated to help reduce mosquitoes! This is a two story home. There is also a set of stairs in the bunk bed bedroom that leads to the loft. Perfect for older kids and teens.

*There is an additional listing/home on the property which has no shared walls. Located aprox.10 feet away. Please respect their privacy as they will yours. If you have a larger group reserve the "Farmhouse retreat" as well (also sleeps 16) Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.

The front lawn with the volleyball net is the only shared lawn. You have a private backyard with hot tub, private swing set and private side yard with fire pit area.

The space was ideal for the needs of the group of 13 adults (and one young child who was present for periods of time for two of the three days, but not overnight). Well-equipped kitchen, beautiful setting (weather permitted a view of Mt. Denali), and the hot tub was a nice plus.

Beautiful place in Eagle River for the family

From booking to checkout, this house was perfect for our family. We were in Alaska for our son’s wedding, having family and events spread throughout anchorage, this was the perfect central location. Clean house, plenty of activities, and beautiful views. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family of nine enjoyed our stay. The "littles" really enjoyed the kids' room. We enjoyed having 2 living spaces so people could spread out. It was very convenient to be so close to the grocery store, coffee shops, and donut shops. It was also nice being on the outer edge of Anchorage area as we explored north of the city.

Excellent property that had great communal spaces for a large (9 People) Thanksgiving gathering. Kitchen was quite large and very well stocked! Owner was very responsive and communicated very well!

Fantastic for a group!

Communication with the owners was excellent! We were a large group of all adults ages 22-83 yrs. There was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy space, conversations, and games while it poured down rain most of the time and some of us came down with a bug. We did enjoy the fire pit and eating on the deck one evening. It was lovely. The hot tub is well maintained. The description says it sleeps 16, but that would need to include kids or small adults. The enchanting kids' room has two beds in a really cool loft. There was some accidental banging of body parts on the ceiling at night. 😊 Combination of mostly soft and firm beds and furniture. Highly recommend this location. Highly recommend this location!

Luxurious large rental surrounded by natural beauty

GREAT spot in Eagle River, just outside of Anchorage. Even nicer than the photos. Really fun kids bunk areas and lavish master bedroom/bathroom combo. All the bedrooms were super cozy, nice hot tub and firepit / badminton area as well. 10/10 recommend!

Perfect Eagle River Home

The images of this listing does not do it justice. You have to see it for yourself. It is spacious, immaculate, and has every amenity a family needs. The 16-bed residence has two levels separated by stairs: lower level has 2BRs, full BA, big screen TV, laundry, and full kitchen; and the upper level (stairs) has 2BRs, 2BAs, big screen TV, laundry, and exquisite kitchen with every amenity. So if someone has disabilities please know you can pick a level in which to hang out. My 82yo mom chose to hang out on the main level because climbing is hard for her. I was in a boot with crutches but managed to navigate both floors because the MBR was the place for me! The host is very responsive: we did not have enough bath linens for our family of 7 and the host dropped them off within the half hour (after 11pm). It was a little warm in the afternoon, but every room had a fan. Our stay was too short (we split the week between Seward and Eagle River). We would have liked to use the nicely arranged outdoors but it had rained. There was a playground along with other outside activities set up. I let the host know we selected the host because of the "Premiere" rating; I concur that "Premiere Host" is the truth. My family loved all the details (Alaska decor, etc) and all the comfort. So did I.

Perfect Family Getaway!

We are so glad we found this property for our family vacation! We had a total of 16 people (grandparents, parents, and grandkids) and this property was perfect! The house was very open and spacious with plenty of sleeping arrangements for all of us, and the kitchen was perfect for all of us to join together for our meals! The location was also amazing, and allowed us to enjoy multiple beautiful hikes in the Eagle River area. I'd definitely return to this property in the future and recommend it to anyone visiting this area of Alaska!

Eagle River Wedding stay

This was a perfect property to base operations out of for our family wedding in the Eagle River area. The property had a range of sleeping options and common areas with a nice deck and view. It’s difficult to judge from the pictures and was surprised upon arrival. The property was well maintained, clean and lots of attention to detail. The surrounding property had a beautiful lawn and play area with a well maintained parking area. The property manager was responsive to our needs which contributed to our pleasant, peaceful stay. If I could give a higher rating than 5, I would give it more…. and I’m picky…Thank you!
