Spend the day golfing at The Ranches Golf Club, exploring nearby hiking and biking trails, or heading out for an ATV adventure at Five Mile Pass. Utah Lake is also nearby for boating, fishing, paddleboarding, swimming, and enjoying beautiful summer days on the water. For winter adventures, the ski resorts in the mountains above Salt Lake are within reach.

We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a $500 fee.
