The housekeepers are very nice and if you need anything you just ask them they bring it to your room. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The towels are nice and clean and fresh. There are benches outside with barbecue grills that we enjoy when we're there. When we are in El Campo, the Lone Star is our home. »

« The bathroom was dirty unpin arrival but the nice ,helpful,and thoughtful men at the front counter(he had dreads) came and refresh the bathroom so we can at less use it.I really appreciate him doing that.The next day I called front desk trying to explain the situation because he told me to request room services for a complete cleaning of the restroom.As I was explaining the lady on the phone didn’t even let me finish and just interrupt me.I thought that was rude of her.The room services came she...
