Beautiful 1 acre 5 bd in Eagle- hot tub & pingpong

5 bedroom and 2 bathroom house. Full Kitchen. Two level house. Three bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. Big living room and downstairs has a big family room with a ping pong table. Two levels of patio. Really nice upper deck with eight seater patio table and chairs! 1 acre yard. Hot tub!

This is its own rental house on 1 acre. No shared occupancy. Entry through lockbox code given right before arrival. No pets. Cleaner and owner are allergic.

*STRICT NO PET POLICY OR SMOKING. Our cleaner and family have asthma and are really allergic to pets and smoking. Very strict and we will keep your deposit if there is any sign of either. Sorry even service animals are not allowed because of our own medical issues! So sorry! We would love to accommodate if we were medically able.

The location was perfect for visiting Eagle for a family wedding. Two hangout locations, upstairs and downstairs. Roku TVs that allow you to stream your own services. Two refrigerators. Plenty of parking. Three bedrooms with king size beds, and two rooms with bunk beds was just the right size for our family group.

Family reunion sleepover

Property was as shown and very nice. We (10) all were very comfortable and the kids loved the games and hot tub. This was our hub as we all had different schedules and then all were attending a reunion at a different location. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity comes up.

Great place for families

This is an awesome find! Beautiful area. It’s perfect for two families to share- three bedrooms and a bath upstairs and two bedrooms and a bath downstairs. Plenty of toys for kids of course the backyard was great. Dasiey was a great communicator and sent someone right over when we couldn’t figure out the hot water. It’s an older house but it’s been remodeled and everything is beautifully decorated. Would definitely stay here again!

Nicely updated home. Great location, close to venue and many restaurants. We had a “full house” and there was plenty of space, towels, dishes. We had to contact the host a couple of times and had they responded very quickly. Overall we had a wonderful time and if we are ever in the area again wouldn’t hesitate to stay here!

Family vacation

We enjoyed the stay very much. The house has a smaller kitchen that opens up to the dining room and the upstairs living room. It was nice to have five bedrooms and a large family room downstairs. the family enjoyed the ping pong table and the hot tub. We used the outdoor grill on the large deck and enjoyed the expansive backyard. The host was very easy to get a hold of with questions and responded quickly. The house is located in a nice neighborhood and conveniently located close to anything you may need.

Family time

Thanks for a nice stay. We enjoyed the hot tub, large outdoor yard, the school across the street with pickleball courts, etc. The kitchen had what we needed and towels including extras for the hot tub were provided. The communication was great and the kids loved exploring the extra property out on the island. Overall, we had a great trip.

Girl weekend was perfect here

6 of us stayed here to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday with family. We had a delightful time with everything we could possibly need. The beds were comfortable, there was space for everyone. We used the hot tub nearly every day. We walked around the area to enjoy the rare February sunshine and warmer temps. Around the corner were cute farm animals that we loved to visit. One warning, the pillows were pretty flat. We just doubled up and made due. If you are a pillow snob, consider bringing your own. We would happily return and recommend this to anyone.

Great space for our tennis group

A group traveled to Boise for a tennis tournament. Very conveniently located close to the Eagle indoor tennis facility. We loved the outdoor space -- spacious deck and huge backyard. Loved having the ping pong table in the basement. I would suggest to the owner to replace both shower heads -- many of the spouts are clogged.

Great place - Hot tub is cold

This was our second time staying at the property. It’s a comfortable place for our group of adults and kids with plenty of room to play and even some dolls and things to play with for the little ones. My one issue is that the hot tub does not get hot. Last time we stayed it was lukewarm but this year it was actually just cold.

Such a fun property!

The yard for this property is amazing! We had so much room for our family to play. The deck was wonderful and we took in the early spring sunshine while our kids ran around having adventures. The owner was very responsive and the house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful place to stay!! Super impressed!

We stayed here with our large family of 10 for a few days while we were attending a graduation. The house was sparkling clean, had tons of amenities and the property manager was so wonderful. We enjoyed playing in the large yard, the house had tons of room for all of us and the location was great. We also had a chance to visit the other property where my son caught fish in the river and my daughter had a great time exploring. I can’t say enough good things about this place and about Daisie, she was quick to respond with questions and even checked in on us after we had gotten there to make sure all was ok. We will definitely stay here again in the future and I would recommend this property to anyone.
