The space
With its own private entrance from the driveway and well lit pathway up to the balcony, guests are welcome to come and go as they please.

Lymegrove Beach Villa's Oyster Suite opens onto a sea facing semi-private balcony with a patio table and chairs for soaking up breathtaking views of KwaZulu Natal's majestic coastline.

Fully air-conditioned, with a dedicated workspace, ample wardrobe space and flat screen TV, the suite also treats guests to a spectacular, light-filled and fully fitted ensuite bathroom with a deep soaker tub, shower and a beautiful outdoor shower with hot water. The door which leads into the Primary Residence will remain locked throughout the course of your stay to ensure privacy.

Perfectly suitable for business travel, the suite is serviced daily, Monday to Friday. Additional cleaning services such as laundry can also be arranged with the housekeeper at a nominal additional cost. Secure parking is available for a single vehicle in the home's driveway which is protected by security camera's and a top notch security system albeit the home is situated in a very safe, and convenient neighbourhood.

Umdloti's beautiful Selection Beach with its natural swimming pool and crystal clear waters, and delightful Doloros' coffee shop are a short 100m walk away from this magnificent statement home.

A wide selection of fantastic restaurants are also located within walking distance.
Guest access
Guests solely have access to Lymegrove Beach Villa's Oyster Suite and not to the residence's living areas. While guests are welcome to enjoy the balcony space in front of the Suite, guests are urged to please be respectful of the residence by being mindful of noise, and not wandering across the balcony and other areas of the home.

Secure parking is available in the driveway behind a remote controlled access gate with security surveillance cameras.

Other things to note
1. Lymegrove Beach Villa is a private place of residence therefore the home is solely available on a seasonal basis. Guests are kindly requested to oblige with availability, and minimum stay periods.

2. This statement home has a lift which runs from the garage to both the lounge and upper bedroom levels of the home to assist guest with limited mobility, and bring up your luggage directly from the car. The Oyster Suite is located on the upper (3rd level) of the home, and the Coral Suite is located on the ground floor of the home. Both suites have their own private entrances.

3. It is important to note that this spectacular vacation home maintains strict access control. Guests are kindly requested to oblige by the property's House Rules, and to submit the required information together with a copy of each guests' ID to Holiday Escapes, prior to arrival.

4. This home is situated in a residential area with a lovely family and close knit community feel. Guests are urged to please respect the home and its neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum.

5. Given that this home is a private place of residence, there is a very strict "No Parties" policy which extends to ALL functions. Guests are urged to reach out to Holiday Escapes with any special requests which they may have so that permissions may be granted from the home's owner, if acceptable.

6. Additional cleaning services can be arranged in accordance with guests requests at an additional cost.

7. While we adore our fur-babies, this statement home is unfortunately not pet-friendly due to the garden not facilitating the adequate requirements for larger breeds of animals, and lap doggies not being permitted on the furniture.
