Once you’re done exploring and ready to get out of this Oklahoma heat, relax inside the well air-conditioned and cozy unit. Need to get work done? We have fast WiFi inside the apartment for you to work to your heart’s content. Need to get some laundry done? Check out our in-unit private washer and dryer! Want to stay in, save some money, and cook? Our kitchen is equipped for your every need.
Once you’re ready to relax and call it a day, power on the TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+. This 2-bedroom has 2 spacious and comfortable beds that will leave you raving about the great night’s sleep!

We do have free parking, but please ONLY park directly on the driveway in front of the unit (NOT in front of the garage doors or on the street), which has enough space for 1-2 small/mid-sized vehicles back to back. GUEST SIGN IN REQUIRED After booking your reservation, a guest sign in form is required to be filled out as a screening process to prevent unruly guests from violating our house rules, throwing parties, or disturbing the neighbors. By booking, you are agreeing to fill out the guest sign in form in order to receive your check in instructions.
**PARKING** We do have free parking, but please ONLY park directly on the driveway in front of the unit (NOT in front of the garage doors or on the street), which has enough space for 1-2 small/mid sized vehicles back to back to the side closest to unit. Failure to adhere to our parking guidelines or having more than 2 small/mid sized vehicles will lead to your vehicle being towed and no refunds given.
**SMOKING** We do NOT allow smoking of ANY kind in the unit. We do NOT allow any drug use or marijuana on PROPERTY (not just inside the apartment). We have devices that detects smoke. Failure to adhere to this policy will lead to an immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund.
EARLY CHECK-INS are not guaranteed. Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before 4pm. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check in early.
LATE CHECKOUTS must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 11am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights’ stay at the listing’s full price.
PACKAGES We do not allow guests to order mail/packages to this location for privacy reasons. If you attempt to have something delivered to this address, it will be rejected by the leasing office and we are not held responsible for its whereabouts.
LEASING OFFICE DO NOT enter the leasing office or talk to the property management staff for any reason. We have a mutual agreement with the complex that all our guests communicate ONLY through the Airbnb platform. From there, our team can directly communicate with the complex on your behalf. Any violation of this agreement will lead to an immediate termination of your reservation. If we receive any lease violations (smoking, noise complaints, trash, etc.), you will be charged with a $500 fine.
NOISE/SMELL/NEIGHBORS We are aware that these are apartment complexes, and though we have had plenty of compliments about how peaceful and beautiful the neighborhood is, we are aware that sometimes neighbors may be noisy or cook/smoke that causes odors in the vents. We do our best between guest visits to alleviate these smells, but sometimes it gets into the ventilation system after we clean. Please notify us and give us ample time (1 hour to 24 hours) to bring you a freshener or spray or plug in to alleviate the smell.

MAINTENANCE Understand that we are at the mercy of the property management maintenance team for most general “fix-it” requests. We ask that all our guests are patient and understanding in regards to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check in, it will be reported to the complex staff, but it is dependent on the maintenance team’s schedule. Examples: blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs fall under the “non-emergency” maintenance category and won’t be completed until they’ve addressed any emergency requests around the property first.
PETS We do NOT allow pets, it is a $200 fine for this violation unless they are a service animal.
KEYS/PARKING PASS If a key is not returned and/or damaged, the following fees will occur: $35 for new key.
PARTIES The complex enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. This includes all Airbnb guests as well. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $200.
CLEANING Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $100. Each checkout is allowed to have 2 bags of trash left inside unit. You are welcomed to throw out your trash instead of leaving it in the unit. Per bag of trash over that is a $25 charge.
SMOKE/NOISE DETECTOR We have a strict NO PARTY and NO SMOKING rule and have devices in place to detect that. Please do not tamper with the device or there will be a $150 fine.
EXTRA TOWELS/LINENS Please understand and accept that our housekeeping crew needs to cover a great number of units per day and within a short window of time. To accommodate the busy schedules, they often need to leave the CLEAN towels drying in the dryer as they move on. If you do not see enough towels/linens for you when you arrive, please check the dryer.
LAUNDRY A washer and dryer are available for your use, and you’re welcome to bring a detergent of your choice to make your laundry experience more comfortable.
The linen and towels are always freshly laundered between every guest visit. Normal stains and wear and tear happens. This enables us to give each guest the best possible value and at the same time help the environment.
MID/LONG TERM STAY For stays of 7 days or more, we will provide starting sets for consumables and toiletries, including soap, paper towels, body wash, shampoo, and toilet paper. Beyond that, the guest is responsible for acquiring more than what is initially provided

Check in got pushed back an hour due to the cleaning person running late. Had to reach out to the host after 2 hours to see if it was available, then got a response an hour later that it was. (So check in was 3 hours after it was supposed to be) Towels in the home were BROWN/DIRTY. Didn’t feel comfortable using anything. I just slept in the bed for the one night and left early next morning. Wouldn’t recommend.

The property is quite new. The neighborhood was pleasant and quiet. Upstairs was a steep climb for our two 60ish friends. Our entry was delayed an hour and a half past check in time. We had communication with our host but were dismayed the cleaning was not completed by check in. Towels were still drying and dishes were in the dishwasher. The cleaning crew member asked if we would mind those things being left in process. We agreed in order to speed up our access to the property. The apartment was neat and clean and tidy. Overall, the word “basic” might be the best description of the furniture and items provided. More seating in the living area would have been welcome. Additional mirrors would be helpful, especially with a group of four women.Dishes were inadequate. Our group needed two more coffee mugs. There were no plates. The cute red cookware set was not present. We appreciated the nice refrigerator. We emptied the dishwasher and put up the dishes from the previous occupants.Folded and distributed the towels. We had only two washcloths for four people for a two night stay. The towels that were provided were white. Some of the towels were stained. On the Vrbo website the items provided included bath
