The place may be âpet tolerableâ at best. Even the VRBO team agreed that the property should not be listed as âpet friendlyâ given the additional terms sent outside of the platform that pets are not allowed on beds/furniture (making it an inaccurate property description). When I reached out to confirm the stay with my dog the host should have mentioned more then just a 100 pet fee (aka these additional terms) that are not mentioned. Only leashing/crating is noted. It should say additional restrictions aside from leashing/crating apply as those are explicitly the only restrictions noted. When trying to communicate with the host you can tell they have very little experience in customer service as they donât even start an email with âhelloâ etc. they just went straight to trying to argue rather than having any type of professionalism. Also this property is managed by other software so donât expect VRBO to be able to help in anyway because they canât manage their own platform.
