Welcome to our Lake Erie Retreat, a spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bath home just steps from the beach, Point Gratiot, and some of Dunkirk's most beautiful waterfront scenery.

Whether you're planning a family vacation, fishing trip, golf getaway, beach retreat, wedding weekend, or SUNY Fredonia visit, our home offers plenty of room to relax, gather, and enjoy everything Lake Erie has to offer!

The home comfortably accommodates large groups with 6 beds and a large outdoor patio overlooking the lake.

The space
Our home features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 12+ guests (including a sleeper sofa).

Downstairs you'll find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a family/play room. Two of the bedrooms have a queen bed each, and the third has two full beds. The family/play room includes the sleeper sofa, a ping pong table, Connect Four, and a bookcase stocked with games.

Upstairs are two more bedrooms: one with a queen bed and one with a king bed (the king room has its own private bathroom); along with the main living room, featuring a TV and a large corner sofa. The kitchen is also upstairs, with access to the deck, where you can take in a beautiful sunset at dusk.

Please don't move indoor furniture outside.
In the kitchen, please be mindful of crumbs being right by the lake means insects are drawn to any mess.

The living and dining rooms have window AC units, and each bedroom has a ceiling fan, a portable fan, and a portable AC unit. Please don't move the portable units around within the room and keep the deck sliding door closed while they're running.

Please note this is a residential neighborhood, so we ask guests to be mindful of noise, especially in the evenings.
