Lake views greet you as you pull down the driveway to this lovely cottage. As you enter, you'll notice the open layout and find yourself enjoying a blend of a lake cabin and cozy modern décor that provide a "home away from home" feeling. Open the windows, curl up in a cozy chair and read your favorite book while listening to the peaceful sounds of Seneca Lake. You're now on lake time!

The kitchen is well equipped with variety of cooking and eating ware. Whether you're preparing salads for your afternoon BBQ or your favorite pasta entrée for dinner, you'll have everything you need! Enjoy spending meal time at the customized, wooden dining room table, out on the stone patio off the kitchen, or out on the patio on the lower level that offers sweeping lake views!

Throughout the house, four bedrooms are yours to choose from! The entry level houses the master bedroom with king bed and a second bedroom with queen bed while the lower level has two bedrooms, each with a king size bed. A cozy sofa and TV in the loft area will allow you even more room to spread out and relax.

For fitness lovers - above the garage you'll find a second bonus space! A home gym with treadmill, bike and free weights are yours to enjoy!

Once outside, the crystal waters of Seneca Lake glisten not far away. A paved path leading to the lakefront offers 50ft of frontage and a permanent dock, perfect for fishing each season. Spend the day sunbathing on the dock and enjoying the view.

Located just 5 miles from the quaint village of Dundee, guests of Stugan Seneca Lake House can easily purchase groceries and obtain gas for vehicles and boats alike. Popular award-winning wineries are abundant within a short drive, including Herman J Weimer Vineyard, Torrey Ridge Winery and Meadery, and the renown Glenora Wine Cellars. Through the summer months entertainment will be a breeze as many local wineries and breweries offer festive events including live music paired with captivating scenery. The towns of Watkins Glen and Geneva are both within a 20-minute trip by car, where you can explore the variety of excellent dining venues, shopping, hiking, and a number of tourist attractions.
