Fernwood is a one-of-a-kind, 3 bedroom/3 bath, modern cabin in the Finger Lakes, just a short distance from Keuka Lake

This modern, newly built cabin (completed in 2026) is a very special spot tucked into the woods, close to Keuka Lake. The cabin feels homey yet very minimal and has a small footprint while maximizing the beauty of the outdoors. The main floor has a small kitchen, dining area, and cozy bedroom with an attached bath. The main floor bedroom has a Queen size bed and the attached bath has a walk in shower. The main dining area has multiple sliding glass doors that open to the expansive deck and bring the view from the outside, to the inside. There is a flight of stairs off of the kitchen that go up the Loft bedroom above.

Upstairs is a roomy loft bedroom with a King size bed and a large attached bath with a walk in shower. The view from the loft bedroom is gorgeous....you can view the treetops and the blue skies beyond.

The lower level has an open family room/living area with a large sectional couch, tv, foosball, laundry, and more sleeping space with a Queen/Twin bunk. There is a 3rd full bath (with walk in shower as well) off of the family room.
From the family room you can walk out on to the lower level stone patio and enjoy the hot tub. The hot tub sits overlooking the lower yard and recreational areas below and is a great spot to wind down and relax as dusk settles over the property.

Fernwood maximizes on the outdoor areas---You'll be able to cook dinner on the outdoor grill or griddle, eat together around the outdoor dining table, enjoy a glass of wine from an adirondack chair on the upper deck, relax in the hot tub, get competitive on the pickleball court, roast smores around the campfire, or do a little golfing on the putting green. The cabin feels very private with surrounding wooded areas and you'll be able to hear the birds (the wood peckers are quite something) and the breeze in the trees, see wildlife, and unwind from the hurry of your everyday life.
The cabin is located on a private gravel lane and we do recommend 4 wheel drive from November-April. Fernwood is a great place to stay during the winter months but it can be difficult to navigate the lane without 4x4 during those months of the year. The lane is shared by our sister cabin, Wildwood.
