Set within a peaceful location on Kellas Road, guests can enjoy a spacious private balcony area along with a sheltered hot tub, ideal for unwinding after a day exploring the local coastline, nearby golf courses or Dundee’s growing waterfront and cultural scene.

Please note the lodge is located beside a main road, therefore some traffic noise should be expected during your stay.

The property is also situated within a residential area with neighbouring homes nearby, so we kindly ask guests to be respectful of surrounding residents, particularly during the evening and when using the outdoor spaces and hot tub.
