The fully stocked kitchen features all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, complete with a charming farmhouse sink. For your year-round comfort, the home is equipped with central air conditioning and heating.

Your private outdoor space includes a spacious, covered deck—perfect for sipping your morning coffee while taking in the lake vistas. In the evening, gather around the fire pit with seating for four and enjoy a cozy night under the stars.

Sleeping arrangements are configured as follows:
Bedroom 1: King-size bed
Bedroom 2: King-size bed
Living Area: Queen-size pullout sofa
Additional Sleeping: Twin-size daybed

Everything in the house has been updated and is very nice. The view from the deck and dining room is spectacular. The bridge over to the lake walk is less than half a block away.There was wonderful communication with the host and they quickly resolved a problem we had. We will definitely be staying there again.

Was a great place. Close to Canal Park. The view of the lake from the porch or windows was amazing. Loved that the walking path was right there. Also was easy to navigate to the main road to various things to see and do. Close to several restaurants as well. Only have two things that could be changed:1. More cooking pots/pans and utensils - or make guest aware that there are no fry pans and cooking utensils. We made due with the griddle and one pot that was provided.2. The stairs were slippery - would suggest some rubber strips for the safety of children and elderly.

The Bayview House provided classic charm in a location close to the Duluth harbor. Large windows provided a view of ships on the lake.

The location of the house is excellent, with easy access to both the Interstate and the Lake Walk. On the Lake Walk, you are 1 mile from Fitgers, and the Rose Garden is nearby. The house is comfortable and well stocked with basics such as trash bags, sugar, paper towels, tissue, etc. It was very clean and the area is quiet.Note: the air conditioning does not send much cool air upstairs to the bedrooms, and there were only 4 washcloths. Plenty of bath towels though. The stairs are painted with a glossy enamel type paint, and are quite slippery. Adding rubber stair tread pads would make the stairs safer.I recommend this house for a nice stay in Duluth.

Cute, relaxing Duluth house with a nice view of the lake

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this house. It was a good size, was clean and stylishly decorated and had the amenities we needed for our 3-day stay for skiing and snow tubing.The location was in a quiet neighborhood with a great view of Lake Superior from the dining room and upstairs bedrooms. It was a quick drive to the center of town where our favorite restaurants and activities are. The kitchen was perfectly functional for making pancake breakfast and spaghetti dinner for our crew of 7people, and the big TV worked well for streaming a movie from our Prime Video account. The beds were nice and comfortable to sleep on after skiing.There were a few issues we ran into. Check in time was at 4pm, and while they said they'd give us check in instructions at 3pm (which I thought was cutting it close given our traveling during that time), we didn't see instructions including how to get in until after 5pm when we messaged them a second time. I expected to get instructions through Vrbo messages, so I didn't find the email with instructions until the next day. A couple changes at the house would be helpful. A motion-sensing light on the driveway would've helped us find our way when we arrived after dark. It was pretty dark for not knowing our way around that yard. Also, the stairway to the upstairs bedrooms was steep, narrow and slippery. All of the grownups commented on feeling precarious in socks on the stairs. Some anti-slip treads or anti-split paint would help.

Great stay with friends!

We had an amazing stay in Duluth! This VRBO was so close to the water, and the views were absolutely stunning. The space was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of sleeping options for our group. It was the perfect place to enjoy our time together. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great getaway in a perfect location!

A stay with potential but needs attention to detail.

I appreciated my stay, but there were a few issues that affected my comfort. The views were not as expected, and the beds could have been more comfortable. Cleanliness was lacking, and the slippery stairs felt a bit unsafe. There wasn't much space in the bathroom to place personal items, which was inconvenient. Occasionally, there was an unpleasant odor that reminded me of a butcher shop. Additionally, I didn't feel entirely safe during my stay. It accommodated our family's stay. It was nice having the washer, dryer, fridge, and stove. It was nice having the fire pit outside.

Family Friendly, Great Location

Excellent stay, the kitchen is much larger than pictures and so sweet of the hosts to include Duluth Coffee Co grounds for coffee each morning. As previously noted, the only bathroom is located upstairs but if you know that it’s not a big deal. We did not use any washer/dryer during our stay but I’m guessing that would have been in the basement. Excellent communication and such easy access to anywhere in Duluth!

Nice House

The house is very nice, and the proximity to Duluth, downtown, Canal Park, and the Lake Walk is excellent. A very nice fire pit in the back yard. The kitchen was very well equipped and I would be happy to stay there again.
